Our story
How we started
We began with a simple belief: East Delhi deserves builder floors planned with the same care as any landmark home — light, vastu, circulation, and lasting finishes included.
As a young company, we do not pretend to decades of history. We bring focused craft, clear process, and homes designed for the neighbourhoods we know — Anand Vihar, Preet Vihar, and the lanes around them.
Every project is an invitation to build slower where it matters, and smarter where waste usually hides: in rushed drawings, unclear scopes, and materials chosen too late.
What Ishan means
In Vastu Shastra, Ishan (or Ishan Kon) means the northeast direction of a property, which is considered the most sacred, divine, and auspicious zone. Derived from Ish, meaning Lord Shiva (who is the regent of this quarter), this corner combines the wealth energy of the North and the new beginnings of the East.
